Returns Policy

We hope you love your Wressell Studios pieces however we know that's not how it always works out. So if you require a refund please follow our returns policy below.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. To make a return please email us at: wressellstudios@gmail.com with your full name, Order Number and delivery address. With your reason for wanting to make a return and we will provide shipping and further details.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

• Items must not have been worn or damaged
• Items must not be have scents or be odorous from wear and try-on
• Items must not have make-up or tan stains from wear and try-on
• Items must have all tags attached and be untouched
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Items that are a part of the Tie Dye Collection can not be returned. They were custom and made to order, therefore personalised to the customer. 

If your items fall under any of these, they will be returned to you and you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

We do not provide free returns, you must cover all shipping and tax costs. 

Please Note: We understand that our return postage is not free, however we strongly advise you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware we will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages.

 

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, and may take up to 14 working days.
